In matters of the Student Council when voting is required, The President can put things up to a vote but does not vote except in case of a 3/3 tie among the VP, Secretary, Treasurer and Council Members. Secretary: Yeah, its a silly job when everything is recorded anyway, but someone has to organize those recordings and play back the relevant parts at the meetings. Treasurer: Handling the money that comes in from fundraisers to do special school events like field trips to the Moon and suchlike. Council Member: Three of these, main responsibility is to keep in touch with what the student body wants and report this to the council and propose activities and other administration. Sometimes leading takes a woman's touch. And her eyebrows are very striking. Secretary: Seto Kaiba. I'm sorry, but I'd laugh if the corporate richboy got elected secretary. Loudly. Treasurer: I hate to be the one to point this out, but don't dragons get their hordes by stealing it all? Couple that with the blatant bribery. Her posters are very nice, but I'm not sure appointing her is wise. Not that having some greedy corporation head do it is any better, of course. Toph seems like a perfectly down-to-earth person. She should do it. Student Council: I... haven't really been here long enough to decide who's a good representative of what the students want and who isn't. I'd nominate myself, but nobody here knows me. Haha, ha, haaaaaaa. Rin Kurasawa in senior year seems like the friendly type, plus she has experience here and probably formed a rapport with most of the teachers by now. Why not? How to Influence the Student Body: Initially, there are several types of students in terms of attitude to your PC. Hates! Requires a +4 Roll to turn these into Dislikes. Dislikes. No, I will not tell you how many Student Body are in each category for the PCs, you'll have to choose your campaigning carefully, and I will track the campaign, which begins on Saturday Feb 7th at 8AM Pacific Time. The Equal Time rule applies here. Once the first PC running for an office does a Campaign Roll, every other PC running for that office gets a Campaign Roll before they can roll again.
