Welcome to a world that the elves call Delphea, dominated by a people named Thaurerea who regard this place with an eye of destruction—a people who have risen from the very base of society with intentions of making their mark in the hearts and thoughts of its people in every unfavorable way possible. This is a world where the language of humans has been forgotten and where such a race is nearly extinct. It is a world ruled by what we call Fae, where magic promises future and where war constantly exists in the battle fields.

In this world thrives several races that fend off the Thaurerea day by day, with means of surviving for another decade, if not more—some allying with other forces to compensate in their lack in numbers.

Humans

The most unfortunate are the humans. Simple as most of their minds may be, each have taken up arms with means of defending what is left of their dignity. Though what is amazing about humans is their ability to adapt and learn, so several have flocked to neighboring continents to study magic, language; and even to seek out a remedy to their limited figures. Often putting out a helping hand where it would be needed with hopes of having the same in return, humans can be found living in several places throughout the world of Delphea.

Dwarves

The dwarves rise in the north, where they have taken shelter within the mountains where it is cold and where the sun never touches their misty peaks. Within these rocky alps resides the home of the royal blood, protected by the towering walls within the terrain in which they have built refuge into the depths of the earth. Stout and haughty, they mostly keep to themselves; however, several visit their homes in search of blacksmithing, for they are renown for their craft in armor; wrought by the finest minerals from their grounds.

Giants

To the east, on their very own island, live the giants. Despite their despicable size, many are known to be kind hearted and rather free spirited. They live in caves burrowed by their very hands and thrive off the environment around them, rarely leaving their encampments. Their lands are grassy plains, with numerous marshes and large bodies of water that accommodate the giants’ large sizes. Their skin is thick, so some have actually been hunted for use of that hide to create some of the finest leather; consequently, in most countries this is looked down upon.

The Felidai

The Felidai are not native of this world. They have, in fact, traveled by their own means and curiosity to take sanctuary on the center most continents, where it is neither too hot nor too cold. A peculiar race with long, pointed ears and tails like felines, with an acute sense of hearing, smell, and sight, the Felidai make excellent fighters due to both their advanced faculty and agile, limber bodies; however, several have taken an adept interest in the study of magic and medicine.

Valkyri

A petite race of fae like women birthed from the goddess of war, created with the role as protectors and gifted with a talent in fighting. Several are capable of using an array of weaponry, but are also formidable with their fists. They are both fair haired and skinned, though darker hair is not uncommon. An ethereal beauty is also a trait among these creatures, a beauty said to be created in Her image and admired throughout Delphea.

They take homage within the forestry of the east -- coinciding with the wood elves- nestled in a valley where it’s warm and green. Though various covens exist throughout the trees, there is an aggregation of the eldest of Valkyri—who could almost be considered royalty—that guard a monastery built in tribute to their goddess.

Do not let their small size fool you. Many flock to these women for training and discipline, for they have a withstanding reputation for winning any war should they be on your side. It is in their name.

Thaurerea

Thaurerea is a race with a fitting name given to them by the elves. Thaurerea literally translates into the ‘Abominable Ones’. This is a tri-racial group of people, who mate with drow and elves to keep their blood pure. The roots of their ancestors have evolved from a human who coupled with a drow/elf, producing a child mixed between three races and possessing features from each. Over the course of the years, the Thaurerea have mated and calculated how they could combine the races so that the offspring could properly age and wield magic without dying as young as twenty and over exerting themselves; and thus the main branch of the Thaurerea and purest of their blood line reigns with the title of royalty and worship of their people.

Saviorai

The Saviorai are composed of three sub-spieces. Silver bloods, gold bloods and black bloods.

Silver Bloods

The once proud Western expansion of the Silverblood Empire started out as just a small town from where Naghtora Novaflare hailed from. Eventually, there was a boom because of war that created many jobs and economic stability to the region. Now that the Empire has been mostly fought back Detrum is now the main seat of the Silver bloods.

Black bloods

Within the frigid, blizzard swept mountains of the north reside the Black
bloods: a powerful race who have become renown as the Dragon Callers-- both Saviorai and Draconic alike--and who have built a grand kingdom where the peaks meet the skies ;undoubtedly earning the title “The kingdom of the skies”. Beginning with vast walls of a metallic sheen that shine like cold steel, rising to great heights and forged from the sweat of their brow and the very magic that flowed from within their veins. The very same substance is embedded within the massive, Gothic influenced architecture of the beautiful castle just nested on the banks of many villages; with grand corridors, massive cathedrals, and elaborate, well proportioned walls that stand almost as high as the one’s surrounding it in protection; equally vibrant and breathtaking in it’s own right and housing what would be considering royalty of the Black blood. Banished from the prime of the Saviorai during Wulfrahms’ genocide many moons ago, it is here where they have come to establish their economy in solitude and where they intend to begin their reign on what is left of their kind.

Gold bloods

During the time of Naghtora's reign many magic wielding gold bloods decided to create their own state to break away from Naghtora's 'tyranical' rule. The gold bloods, in retaliation, were mostly wiped out by the much larger populated and strength based silver bloods. While some still survive on, those who do tend to hate Naghtora. The hate, of course, is neutral.

There are two factions here as many would assume to be good or evil; groups of anarchists, bands of thieves, oppositional forces, and rebellious nations. Which side will you choose?
