| On Attacking the X-Mansion (UPDATE) |

[Delete] | Just a general note to those who are unaware:
After the events concerning the kidnapping of Charles Xavier and little-girl-whose-name-eludes-me-right-now, the X-mansion's computer system has been built back up from scratch along with a new and improved security system, to combat any further mini-invasions, the X-mansion is now a virtually impenetrable fortress. What does this mean? This means that any hostile actions by non-residents of the mansion will result in immediate containment/removal of said character. Since the Admins cannot be online 24/7 this means that if you are RPing and a villian is suddenly "attacking the mansion" they are breaking RP and should be (suggestedly) ignored. If for some reason (boredom?) you decide to go along with them and RP, do not expect others to recognize the outcome of the events. IE: you get kidnapped, don't expect anyone to come after you because really, it didn't happen. This state is temporary until a more organized set of rules and such for RPing an attack on the mansion can be set up, and basically to keep more close to the reality of the comics.

[Delete] | This rule is for random attacks made on the X-mansion. If you are a villian planning an attack then contact an Admin OOCly and speak it over with them. Full-scale assaults will probably be planned to where they CAN be such (a full-scale assault). Basically this rule is going into temporary effect because some people (you know who you are) could not at the time of a full-scale attack, keep to the time-table and would not WAIT for the required parties to be ONLINE. |

Though I don't play him often, Xavier's gotta be pulled out for more than just jokes that he's with Apoc and Ozy in the mosh pits. I can't even bring Sam out without realy good questions like "Well, why haven't you found Xavier yet, dumbass?" popping up. Admitedly I'm averaging about 2 log ons into the chat a week, but if, say there were more people, I would be able to get back into the habit that I kicked so long ago. *does the RPer's morning cough* Heck, even a small scale RP with Apoc would be nice, simply so I could do the "What do you intend to do with me you fiend?" "Kill you." "Oh. Thats it?" "Yep." "Huh." bit. Boy I'm rambling. So in conclusion, lets gather up everyone and get back to a week of random chatting so we can get to the full scale assaults that everyone loves. |
