1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th years are all required to take:
Potions
Charms
Defense Against the Dark Arts (DADA)
History of Magic
Astronomy
Herbology
Transfiguration.
*1st year students are also required to take Flying.
Besides the required list above, the students can select upto 2-3 electives from the following classes:
Muggle Studies
Muggle Artifacts
Care of Magical Creatures
Divination
Arthimancy
Ancient Runes
Dueling
Health and Healer Studies(4th year and up)
6th & 7th year students narrow thier choices down after meeting with thier head of house and discussing thier owl results. Because thier field of study narrows, they only choose 4-5 of the topics listed above from either the required list or the elective list.
Information on classes from the Lexicon
This list serves two purposes: 1. The professors know who is in thier classes so they can award points for excelence. 2.Those that play the professors know who to contact when they wish to roleplay out the classes for the other players.
ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO POST THIER SCHEDULE... don't make me hunt you down!!!
