[Delete] | This thread is to keep track of House Points received and taken away. The only people who can give/take points are Prefects, Head Boy/Girl and Professors.
Points are given or taken away to reward or punish the behavior of students. Giant hourglasses set in niches along one wall in a coner of the entrance hall records the points for all to see. Gryffindor's is filled with rubies, Ravenclaw's are filled with Sapphires, Slytherin's are filled with emerald's and Hufflepuff's are filled with Topaz's. As teachers, prefects or the head boy/girl speaks the words awarding or deducting points, the appropriate hourglass or hourglasses are automatically updated
Gryffindor: 100
Ravenclaw: 100
Hufflepuff: 100
Slytherin: 100
