I am working on a system to allow characters the gamble using the chats dice function.
I would like some opinions and feedback.

AS with actual casinos, cheating will not be tolerated. IF someone is suspected of cheating, they could be banned from a casino, or from Vegas itself. WArnings will be given, as well as lessons onhow to play to those suspeted of cheating or playing improperly.

3 strikes will bann you from a casino. ANother 3 strike will bann you from Vegas.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
when rolling dice always use LOWERCASE letters:
USE: /dice 6d13
DO NOT: /dice 6D13 = will result in 6D6

In Black Jack, each player plays against the dealer. The dealer deals 2 cards to each player, one face up and one face down, and 2 cards to itself, both face up.

Objective: To acquire a total closest to 21 without going over.

Winner: The player closest to 21 without going over is the winner.

To Play:
Step 1: Place your bet.
Step 2: Player rolls 2D13. If the player wishes to "HIT" they roll another 1D13 until they are satisfied with their score. Once satisfied, they "STAND" and gain no further points.
Next, roll 3D9 for the dealer. Dealer does not HIT and STANDS on whatever they are dealt.

Step 3: Determine outcome. If player has a score higher than the score of the dealer, but lower than or equal to 21, then the player wins.

Payout: All victories are given a 3X payout, so a bet of 20 would win 60.

Example:

Mr. Gray chooses to play Black Jack.

Mr. Gray bets 20 chips.

/dice 2D13
Mr. Gray rolls 6, 6 = 12 on a 2d13

Mr. Gray "HITS"

/dice 1D13
Mr. Gray rolls 7 = 7 on a 1d13

Mr. Gray "STANDS" at 19 (12 + 7)

/dice 3D9
Dealer rolls 1, 5, 7 = 13

Dealer "STANDS" at 13

Mr. Gray is victorious

Mr. Gray wins 60 chips

Slots are machines in which the player puts chips in a slot, pulls a lever, and hopes that 6 dials will will match.

Objective: To match randomly decided numbers.

Winner: Determined by matches. A match of 3 or more is a winner. Anything less is a loser.

To play:
Step 1: Determine Bet. Player's Bet will affect the dice roll.
The formula for dice is: 6D(5+X). X is found in: 5X=B, where B is the player's bid. For example: Player bids 20. 5 X 4 = 20, so the dice is 6D(5+4) or 6D9.
A bid of 10 results in X being 2. A bid of 5 results in X being 1, and so forth.

Step 2: /dice 6D(5+X)

Step 3: Outcome.
Player must find matches amongst the individual numbers. Payoff is determined by matches.
Anything less than 3 of a kind produces no profit.
3 of a kind = 2X
2 pairs of 2 = 3X
4 of a kind = 4X
3 pairs of 2 = 5X
5 of a kind = 5X
2 pairs of 3 = 5X
Full house (2 of a kind + 3 of a kind) = 5X
6 of a kind = 10X
All 6s = house jackpot.

Example:

Mr. Gray chooses to play the Slot Machines.

Mr. Gray bids 20 and pulls the lever.

/dice 6D9
Mr. Gray rolls 5, 2, 8, 8, 8, 3 = 34 on a 6d9.

Mr. Gray has three 8s

Mr. Gray wins on a 3 of a kind for a payoff of 40
