Not to be evil handles played as often as PCs. When to post for them: When doing said mission (duh), or foreshadowing parts to that mission. Important note: The Nexus is not a viable place for such. It has very strict qualifications for who's allowed in, who's allowed out, and so on. The... eclecticism of the people participating in the tourney is mostly due to the Organizer pulling strings on their various behalfs. Any villain foreshadow cameos should be contained to whatever universe/world/etc. that the villain's plot takes place in. Not every plot has to involve world crossing or the like, and more often than not any given villain won't have access to the magic/tech to do so anyways (note that you should still feel free to do as such if you wish, just do not at all feel obligated to force it onto a mission). These foreshadowing cameos are allowed and encouraged if well done, but they should not happen often. four or five scenes in total as buildup before the mission itself takes place.  Where Am I? Carmen Sandiego 1:17pm, June 29, 2012 [Edit] [Delete] For the mission Carmen Sandiego is going to be the adversary in, she's going to need some icons. Most all of these can be borrowed out of UWT4 or Imagine. Earth, and all of the city icons in Imagine, but those aren't needed until the Mission itself. V.I.L.E. Headquarters, which can be borrowed out of UWT4 And Cairo as an additional new icon. I can make said icon and send it to you. V.I.L.E. HQ and Cairo are the two icons I will be using in the foreshadowing posts. Thanks for your attention.  Icon's for the Sacrifice... I need a graveyard Icon, and as well as the capitol city of North Carolina if you can manage that. Also, I will need all of the city icons from Imagine. Please and thank you.
