He also is capable of spreading his infection through a certain brand of cigarettes which he seems to have a limitless supply of. The cigarettes leave behind a viral signature that dissipates over time, and if inhaled or smoked enough, one will become a Carrier of Decker's virus--not a Converted, as described below. Carriers simply look as they always have, and are a far more subtle means for him to spread his viral infection. If he removes the glove on his right arm--to reveal a rather Kreuger-esque limb--he may initiate a more intense transfer of his viral data. This is done by his fingers irising open, and allowing a series of small tentacles (think kinda like hairs, with something similar to Scorpion's whip thing on the end, all toothy and mouthy) to whip out for infecting. The effects of his corruption and signs of its spread in a Converted are notable by a slow shifting of a person's skin into something which is ultimately Kreuger-esque in appearance. Their eyes would gradually fade to a pale white, losing their irises after time. In time, however, their skin would continue to degenerate to a point where it would fall off of their bones, and they would die. This is held in check by frequent reintroduction of Decker's core strain to stabilize the code--either through contact with him, or the smoking of one of his cigarettes. By utilizing a thin silver cord, he is capable of datajacking. This is done by inserting the end of the cord into any open port on a computer--surprisingly, it'll fit any--and then inserting the other end into his tear duct. This allows for a high rate of information to be sent back and forth between Decker and the machine in question, allowing for a much more "real" acquisition of information, but also potentially for some kind of avatar-esque combative hacking. Those familiar with Decker's namesake, from Shadowrun, would know what I'm talking about. He has the potential for near-Agent capabilities, as his code was originally based off of Agent code, but any development of that would be entirely up to administrative discretion, and only after RPing it through. Firstly, he can move with an amazing speed, nearly rivalling that of Agents. If attacked, odds are he'll be able to dodge it. And odds further go that he'll run like a little bitch when he does do so, as he is programmed not to fight--a situation which may change in the future. He has code vision, as do many of the Merovingian's higher programs do. As well, he's got extensive knowledge of the Matrix and its denziens, as he was an operating System Program for the transfer of information, up until his point of Exile. He is capable of "stepping sideways", or basically, into, mirrors in order to gain access to Maintenance Halls that wire the Matrix together. While in the Halls, he is capable of opening a door and staring outside, watching people literally from behind a mirror before stepping out.
