[Delete] | Okay, this is a rather simple idea, kind of inspired by the Megaman games of old where people sent in ideas for new Robot master bosses and the best were put into the games. This is the sort of idea here.
Make a Star Wars villain. The best ones will be regged and be allowed to run bigger plot lines based around the character regged.
The rules are as follows:
1 - No Uber powers
2 - No unlimited resources
3 - No canon characters
4 - No Sith Lords (Darksiders are okay though)
5 - No use of pre-existing images. (If you wish to have a picture, you can ask someone to draw one for you if you can't draw one yourself, I can do it if you want, or do paint program doodles, whatever you want to do for a visual image of the character.)
There will be two winners. One chosen by the chat via polls, and the second will be selected by me. I hope people enjoy this idea and have fun in making a character.
So get to creating!

Race: Genetically altered human
Mutations: Jin like the Vong has no midichlorians and is immune to most forms of the force. Jin's eyes glow a blueish color and work by emitting a very specialized radiation wave. The wave "paints" all things it contacts for two minutes during which he can track anything the wave has touched through obstacles, etc.
Equipment:
Advanced Energy Siphoning Armor (AESA): A very expensive and one of a kind armor system. It consists of a web like system of collectors linked together spread over the body in a form fitting suit. Underneath this is a light flight suit like under-suit which contains the small amount of energy storage the suit contains. When the struck be an energy type weapon the suit collects the energy for storage. It is able to absorb thirty blaster bolts or ten seconds worth of contact with a lightsaber before the energy tanks are full. Once full the suit cannot absorb any ore until energy is shed. The energy is shed by reversing the flow of energy to specific collectors which then are capable of discharging raw electricity, the intensity of which is dependent on how much energy is available for discharge. It is worthy of note that all other collectors are shut down during the discharge meaning that for the duration the user is vulnerable. The AESA offers no protection against physical attacks.
Slug Throwers: Simple archaic weapons. They utilize a small explosive charge to propel a projectile at high speed. He has two, each of which can hold a ten cartridge clip. The are semi-automatic in nature and are capable of firing multiple types of ammunition. Contains an under the barrel grapnel launcher with one charge. Can be reloaded.
1. Impact Slugs - They hurt when they hit. Like bullets.
2. Tracer Slugs - Fires a spray of fine sticky pellets that emit radiation for up to an hour. They allow him to see and track the hit target for up to an hour.
3. Explosive Slugs - An impact based explosive. Upon impact they have a one second delay before exploding in a .5 meter radius. These stick to the outside of the target until detonation, they have very little penetrating power.
Utility Belt: Where you put junk. Extra clips are here. Two clips of Explosive slugs, two clips of tracer slugs, four clips of impact slugs, and two extra grapnel cartridges. A vibroknife is also kept on this belt.
Thermal Detonator Bandoleer: Contains 5 class C thermal detonators with a five meter blast radius and one class A thermal detonator with a thirty meter blast radius. Said detonators are set to be on a five second delay unless otherwise programed. They are linked to the bandoleer itself and cannot be activated until removed from said bandoleer.
History: Created in a private lab. Jin was created by force hating master to kill force users. What they didn't bank on was Jin being a person all his own. He didn't take well to be treated like an object and was quick to remove his defenseless masters. Jin ended up part of a space pirate crew not long after where he picked up most of his tactical skill. Jin got out of the piracy business when he was offered a job as a bounty hunter. He was to be paid per force user he could kill or capture. He thought it amusing for a moment that it be his fate to hunt force users, but the money was just too good to pass up... |
