The Imperials made a two-part strike on Bespin and Thyferra at the same time. The R.S.S. Crimson Dawn was damaged en route to Bespin by a strike force and the shipment of Tibanna Gas that the Republic was to pick up was destroyed as the Imperials withdrew from the system.
On Thyferra, an Imperial strike force bombed several ground facilities and many defending craft were destroyed or damaged by the Imperials. A shipment of bacta was taken from a spaceport by a landing force of Imperial Stormtroopers. Once again, the Imperials withdrew after the strike, not occupying any facility. Both strike forces then withdrew to Imperium Space.
