Player Faction Leaders WHO ARE ACTIVE for the JEDI and the NEW REPUBLIC.
One Faction Leader Position PER PERSON. Emi Currently leads THREE.
Priority registration for Republic and Jedi Characters.
Limits on Imperial actions in what is supposed to be a 'neutral' territory - people are afraid to RP because the Imperials are being allowed to run the show.

[Delete] | Faction caps I've always viewed as pretty pointless when they suddenly come into being. They don't work. If people cant roleplay what they -want- to roleplay then they simply won't bother roleplaying. What is better? Someone registering an Imperial or someone not registered at all?
I don't really see that many Imperials anyway. Ive barely rped Hark yet and theres not many other Imperials I can rp with bar Mark's character or possibly talking to Setis or reporting to T's Moff. Jak is an ace stormtrooper. Caleb and Vance are Knight's I'll probably not be able to rp with.
I'd state for the record that roleplaying with force users is very much like the cold war. I avoided this problem mostly through use of the Nekressis to keep things tight. (I don't believe any other chat has managed to limit/be a threat to force users as much as SoD was)
Player-controlled factions.
I honestly dont think the New Republic is feasible for being player-ran, the Jedi are only because they're force users. I honestly think trying to force people into roleplaying NR/Jedi now is probably going to backfire. Concentrate on one player ran side and do the stuff with that imo.
As for Imperial actions, I think the Rancor rp was fine. Hell, at least it was rp - look at the poor turnout for the space battle. Jak isnt out hunting, the only person who is is Vance who is marching round. The Imperials should retain the right to defend its academy.

[Delete] | The Diranos and the Imperial Temple need to be opened for RP to ALL. Not just the selecte Elite Few who are privlidged enough to have a relationship outside of this chat room.
I tried to get involved in the Dirano RP and was shot down repeatedly, and so the only thing I have left is a half dozen characters with no one to RP with.
If they want to be the center of attention, they need to allow people to RP with them. |

[Delete] | The only reason you were shot down tonight is because it was like 4am for us and we were doing an RP that I've been planning for a few nights. We just wanted to get it done and most of us wanted to crash after. It wasn't mean to be a personal attack against you. Matt had been going to bed and I made him stay to finish something with me in the chat. Everyone was tired. |
