[Delete] | *Note: This post is under heavy construction. This just gives you an idea of the make up of the Gods' aspects, only the leader has been defined yet. The rest will be when I have more time to flesh them out.

The Gods of the Heavens number at 21. Ten for the side of light, ten for the side of dark, and the one who leads them, the Bringer of Balance.
The Gods of Light and Dark, while often opposing, also work together in the world, which can allow a man of great courage to battle for a dark lord...a mix of light and dark...giving the races of Somnium the choice to go to either side.
Thulamis - King of the Gods and Ruler of Heaven. Thulamis is the balance of the Heavens, not allowing the dark or the light Gods to tip the power of the cosmos to either side too much that it leads to destruction. Rarely will he directly intervene in affairs of the world, often subtly nudging events and lives of mortals that balance is restored. The one time he did directly intervene was during the First War against the Dragons, their actions were tipping the balance heavily to the dark, even with the Dark Gods aligned with the Light Gods. Their war would surely have destroyed the war, and such was the power of Thulamis that he shattered the land masses, forever changing the face of the world. In the end, balance was restored when the Dragons made a compromise with the Gods. Thulamis is neither dark nor light and favors neither. He seeks a balance between the two.
As the Arbiter of the Heavens, Thulamis' symbol is that of a balance scale. He also weighs the scales with the soul of the deceased, to see which side their soul falls to, and allows that God to take them to their final rest.
