[Delete] | Baron Azati is coming to a Ponyville near you, but it's not the nice sort of visit. Instead it's the sort of visit that happens when you awaken after eight hundred years of magic induced sleep after failing to free Nightmare Moon from her lunar prison.
So there will be fun, there will be excitement, there will be kidnappings and adventure and possibly song and dance numbers.
But we need some ponies for this story. Some folks will be kidnapped, some folks will need to come rescue them, looking for two pairs of ponies for that. Everybody else is also welcome.
If you want in on the story, go ahead and respond in this thread. If you want to be kidnapped and have a pony rescue you, or rescue somepony specific, feel free to suggest that here. I'm expecting this story to take two or three sessions, and I figure we can wibble with the time a bit to not tie up characters too much so you can keep up casual play with whomever if you want. |

[Delete] | Alright, so at this point I have one spot left for abducted ponies, and two spots left for the friend(s) that wants to rescue an abducted pony.
Right now the plan was to work it so that despite this plot, you will be able to freely use your characters for whatever else you're doing without worrying about messing up your other plans OR the story. There are several different ways to do this, the simplest of which would be just to time the events as a sort of "flash forward" so that everything that occurs during the adventure isn't inserted into canon until we finishing playing it out. I'm not married to the idea, but I want this to be fun for everyone, not restrictive.

Alright, so we have the possibility of one more matched pair of abductee and rescuer. Other folks are welcome to horn in on any of the Azati-related happenings that don't directly involve the victims and their individually selected rescuer. An organized rescue party trying to get everyone back or defeat the Baron is welcome if you want, but unless Rainbow Dash is kidnapped, no member of the mane six will be able to step hoof on the island, although attempting to do so will make for a good few scenes. |
