[Delete] | Thought I would challenge myself and see if I could form an alphabet using characters and elements from the series, but as you can see I had to make a stretch in some places. Tried to include as much of the prime cast as possible, but as you can obviously see I need a little help in some spots I bended the rules for. The main rule I used is no fan-made elements, but otherwise anything from the series is eligible. In any case here's what I have so far.
A is for Applejack
B us for Bloom (As in Apple)
C is for Celestia
D is for Discord
E is for Elements of Harmony

H is for Hayseed

J is for Joke (As in Poison)

M is for Mac (As in Big Macintosh)
N is for Nightmare Moon
O is for Opalesence
Q is for Queen Chrysalis
P is for Pinkie Pie
R is for Rainbow Dash
S is for Spike
T is for Twilight Sparkle

W is for Windigos
