[Delete] | Here is a list of all the banned franchises which are strictly prohibited from the world of Philadelphia: City of Shadows. These franchises are strictly prohibited due to the characters being severely over-powered or the mood conflicting with the realm of Philadelphia: City of Shadows.
Any characters fitting the criteria of the banned franchise list will be automatically declined from applications.
