I really don't want to do this, so please don't make me. As of right now there are no character caps. However, I would like to use this post to stress a few things.

This is not a vampire room. While I do offer vampire's as characters, this does not mean everyone should go dashing off to register a vampire character to become a 'Kindred' or of a 'Coven' or something. Please remember that the vampires, psychic's, shape shifters, etc are not the same as in other places. These vampire's and other characters are not based off of White Wolf or any other gaming community. We are for the most part unique here at Phantasm and it would be nice to keep it so.

Please, please, please remember that the year is 2105 and not 2005. And traveling from city to city, much less across the world is not often done. It is VERY dangerous to step foot outside any city, more so try to travel between them. Remember the main themes of this chat are terror and despair. This doesn't mean how much terror and despair your characters can inflict upon others, but the terror and chaotic state the world is in as a whole. It's a dark and dreary world out there, we're just a bunch of humans trying to scrape together a living.

Another thing has to do with posting your characters weaknesses on the registration form. Please do not re-post your characters racial weaknesses. This is a given, I would like to see interesting and imaginative weaknesses just for your character. The more interesting you make things, the more likely I am to register your character without question.

Keep in mind I am new at this and I haven’t fully developed the Phantasm concept. So please do not take me asking questions about your characters or asking you to change something because it doesn't fit offensively. Most of the time it's my fault for not clarifying it anyway. So please, bare with me and help ME out. =) This is as much my experience as it is yours.
