Welcome to Phantasm, a role-playing chat first developed by Rave, based on written work by H.P. Lovecraft. Everything you need to know is posted on the website. I highly recommend reading the website to it's entirety. I realize that it is not 100% complete, but the majority of it is there. Setting, rules, places, people, other info, contact info, etc. All of it's there.

NOTICE! The current character limit is 3. That's three characters per person. I am doing this to encourage character development. Once your character dies, you may submit a registration form for another character.

It is not required that you are registered in order to play, but it is strongly encouraged that you have both read the website completely and have received a registered character. By registering your character, it shows that you have an understanding for how Phantasm works. Registered characters have the right to ignore posts made by unregistered posters. However, should they acknowledge an unregistered posters existence, they cannot ignore them in the middle of a role-play. The only exception to this rule is if the unregistered player does something questionable to Phantasm's setting. In this case, a halt to all RP involving this unregistered user is called until the problem is resolved either between players or with the assistance of a moderator or administrator. I realize that a halt in all RP is not a pleasant thing to do, so my only advise is to be sure to avoid the situation all together. This does not mean ignore all unregistered users. It means be sure you know the persons understanding of Phantasm and encourage them to register their character. The rules for in character engagements are posted on the website.

In order for myself or for any future administrators with registrative abilities to register a character, they must fill out a form and have one moderator or administrator and one member review the form. Both people must accept the character for it to be approved. In other words, if I want a character, I can't just register one, I have to go through the screening process just like everyone else.

If you have a suggestion, feel free to post under this thread. It would be greatly appreciated.

If you wish to have something not yet posted on the website or board, you'll need to read this post. This would include, but is not limited to: new races, corporation or buisnesses, classes, or concepts.

To those of you wishing to play a race not posted on the web-site:
This isn't really a big deal, as I mentioned on the board that they were just the bare-bone races, and the world is your oyster here. However, if you wish to have a new race, you must provide me with a full race write up. This means any and all information possible. I prefer not to be suprised with some race ability you 'forgot' to mention. I'll even create a quick little form you can submit for your race. Other than that, have fun.

Same goes for buisnesses and the such, say if your character runs a buisness or something of the sort. I'll need full details on the buisness, including staff, tech, security, what they do, everything.

Same for classes and concepts.

Thanks.
