This post is a listing of all the various resistance groups we currently have in play. Feel free to post with your own additions!

The Brotherhood

The Brotherhood is more of a gang based primarily out of NeoX rather then a full-fledged faction. It's gained it's name and reputation as larger then some of the other factions simply by virtue of how aggressive and active they are. The Brotherhood of Mutants is a tightly knit gang styled faction of youth who's ranks are mostly made up of young who were born just before or right after the war. These mutants often resort to criminal activities to fund their operations.

The Brotherhood Code

  • We stand not for the freedom of humans but to oppose the Empire.

  • Humans are inferior to mutants, but some humans manage to prove their worth.

  • There are no rules of engagement. Do whatever it takes to harm the Empire.

  • All that stand in our way are expendable.

  • We are more then a gang, all our members are as family, stronger then even blood and treated as such.

  • An act against one of the Brotherhood is an act against the whole.

  • Any brother or sister that acts against another is taken very seriously if it's not a matter that can be hashed out on it's own.

  • Those that shelter the brotherhood or otherwise provide them with what they need are helped in return.

Avengers

The Avengers is the oldest resistance faction, but also for a long time was rendered obsolete as it's members went disparate ways. In recent days Captain America has been putting out the call and gathering new members under the old mantle. While not yet restored to it's former glory, the world of the resistance is abuzz with the name of the Avengers.

S.H.I.E.L.D

In recent years, the organization known as S.H.I.E.L.D. resurfaced with a brutal campaign in the Australian territory. Initial success was proceeded by a prolonged gorilla conflict based mostly in the Outback. Slowly the weight of the Empire’s might pushed the rag tag organization from the past back. A sort of stalemate fell over the conflict while the two groups exchanged blows in mostly light skirmishes. That all came to an end when Nick Fury reportedly started a Civil War within S.H.I.E.L.D. before he inevitably committed suicide in an act that took out the organization’s central command, thus dissolving the main body. What remains are scattered members without any greater support structure to fall back and no clear idea of what actually took place.

The Children of Doom

While those who are loyal to Doom have had the most success with their attacks against the Empire, they are also one of the smallest groups out there. This "faction" could more closely be associated with a terrorist cell then any form of large scale movement.
