Former FBI Agent Nathan La Belle is wanted for murder after he apparently killed a government employee. It is suspected to be armed and dangerous. It is believed the high stress of his job coupled with his already questionable mental conditions caused him to snap. There is mild public outrage that this individual was allowed to remain in the FBI even after the nature of his mental condition was apparently known. The FBI has no current statement in regards to that however my pledge to locate Nathan La Belle with all due haste.
A local man by the name of Frank Newman was found along with a State Trooper, Kate O’Reilly, washed up on the Innsmouth Shore. While Ms. O’Reilly is reported in stable condition Mr. Newman was dead at the scene. Police speculate that Mr. Newman struck O’Reilly sometime around 1 AM while driving along the coastal highway causing both vehicles to fall into the ocean. Newman’s body was heavily damaged and it appeared that the local sea life had already begun to eat his corpse. Foul play is not being considered but rather that this event was a truly tragic event. Kate O’Reilly is 1 month pregnant with her first child.
Speaking of O’Reillly, Morgan O’Reilly, the Patriarch of the O’Reilly family, local business man and society fixture died the day before while being held on the count of murder. As many may recall this was involving the murder of Miskatonic Student by the name of Sammi Garmon after it was discovered that she had managed to run a massive con ploy in the local Arkham area. Morgan O’Reilly lost his family home and what remained of the family fortune to Garmon and upon her arrest shot her in the chest. Arkham mourns the tragic figure of Morgan O’Reilly as police continue to follow up on the murder suicide to see how many lives Sammi Garmon might have truly effected and how many people lost everything to her.
In a piece of odd news Miskatonic Student Allison Jackson was omitted to Miskatonic General after experiencing a rapid growth event. Though doctors are unable to explain how Ms. Jackson’s body inexplicably sprouted a full foot. Many are considering this story to be a hoax though doctors at Miskatonic General continue to declare that this did happen without an explanation. Critics are doubtful.
Izzy Bastille, another Miskatonic Student, supposedly spontaneously combusted in an apartment store. Police suspect that Izzy Bastille actually staged an elaborate plan to escape her high stress, unhappy life given the lack of any evidence that she actually has died. Her family are actively seeking any information as to her whereabouts at this time.
