This way I don't have to keep repeating myself on events, and if you haven't been around you get to stay somewhat updated with out having to dig back into say 8 months of logs. (But log checking is still the best idea to get the best idea of what is going on) Some key things to remember: *Do not ask the DM for details if you have already been told you are not going to get it. this thread will give stuff for public knowledge as well as summarised events. *I don't brook Meta gaming at any level *I do not brook power gaming or god modding on extreme levels, you must provide logical reasons and in depth back story as to where you get tech or powers from, not just instantly have it. ALSO READ THE CHAT RULES as that could save you a lot of trouble. *all actions from RPers that have any relation to the RP must be made public in the chat so the event can be logged into DM notes, and other RPers can get an idea of what is going on, NO SAYING YOU JUST DID IT. Because that is unfair on everyone else. *Provide details, they don't have to be mega posts but there has been a disturbing level of vagueness, and if it continues I will start to see it as deliberate attempts to sabotage RP to get your own way. *Do not troll or take the piss out of the DM, There is only so much bull shittery I will put up with before I get pissed off. I'm doing this for fun, if you are not finding it fun it's because you are more focused on just pissing about and pissing me off. **REMEMBER Your actions will effects reactions and outcomes, as well as how races will react to you or your "kingdoms" and people, it will also effected alliances. Events of the UNDEAD. and Grey elf City Dolltaur *the moon elves who were accidentally killed have become vengeful undead due to the injustice done to them despite all attempts careful non forceful from 1 person to get the last of the 3 main players involved to apologies to the 1 surviving moon elf, this resulted in things that are listed done involving her death. *They have managed to get past the northern pass because the village that contained the the seals was blown up but accident when someone kill some trapped vampires. in a pub. Also wildly talked about due to witchers that hang around with the pure blood vampire, who would have sifting for info and would have given info out to try and gain some background in other inns around other towns and villages. *The Grey elf City Dolltaur is under siege from generic undead as well as the cursed "undead" of the north. AND humans who are looking to take elves as slaves, This is why the elves distrust humans. *Due to back up they were promised never turning up, it resulted in the defilement of one elven girl and the total wipe out of a supply route, Followed by one person then dishonouring the elven gods while in the middle of the elven city while also insulting his hosts with saying "I hate your people a little less", among other things. (Hanks rednecks count as extended family) * Aislinns death will be widely talked about as she was the highest candidate to become the wood elf queen. It would have been knowledge as it's been talked about in Taverns so a random trader or bard could have easily over heart these details. * Aislinn took the trial to free her child of the sin to prevent it being passed to her, as well as an attempt to stop a war. *Aislinn's child was born an elf with out the spirit of the elder (an affront/insult in the eyes of elves) * Aislinn turned to ash in a trial by Phoenix fire in what should have been something she should have been able to walk into and walk out the other side cleansed. But she did not, she died and turned to ash, and this has the wood elves "a bit" angry * the events of the trial of the Phoenix have awoken an OLD elven so it will be whispered that Valisilwen Athdara has returned to leader their people. This Valisilwen Athdara was known to be very anti human while she wont kill them onsite she will try to work out what their intent is, she strongly believes that humans and elves should NEVER "Mingle" to create half elves. * As a result of events above elves have become a bit distrusting of the "Word" of those from kalaman as they were told help would come twice, and twice is has not come. in the same shot star was dishonoured after she told the elves help would come from kalaman and that help never arrived making star LOOK like she lied (and she's a god chara who NEVER lies) this triggered the events of the northern undead coming south to answer that dishonour due to a man named Avaloc who is somehow tied to star. ((DM OOC Note: Despite being told the trees are very much alive in the elven forests and that they are not just simply trees, when asking about monster trucks and damage it gets met with 2 responses "Who cares" and "sacrifices must be expected" So to this end I have made note that they likely intend to kill half their allies which YES would be the "trees".)) ((DM OOC Side note:, I'm not even sure how seriously to take it, due to the long tom stuff being aimed in the >>direction<< of the lonewolf city as well as other comments made ooc as well as a lot of BS that was pulled with in the same time frame looked like tom foolery, and the more I read over it in the logs, the more it seems like tom foolery and trolling just to piss me off. I could be and I hope I am wrong, but that is how I feel at this time and I will see where it goes for now. But there is a limit to how much drama, trolling and being taken the piss out of I will tolerate.)) Update as off 12/April/2018 * An event Triggered by the DEATH OF AISLINN, The old Elven Hero Valisilwen Athdara who is a spiting image of Aislinn Has returned but for what true reason remains unclear. *Alhanna the wounded elf has now been removed from the grey elf city to recover from her ordeal on Island of Avalon. *The Grey elves are starting preparations to leave the area and seal the city in a time spell to hide it from the world, letting the woodland fall back into the control of the Dryad Ivy. Edited 9:25am, April 13, 2018 by Annabella, author.  15/april/2018 Annabella 11:07am, April 15, 2018 [Edit] [Delete] Transportation of Val aka a kidnapping, has been disallowed due to plot reasons and no consent gained for NPCing her from me (I am val's RPer). The issue has been talked about in depth. I am standing my ground on this. It has mainly been disallowed for Plot reasons. But also because aspects of how she acts and such were ignored or forgotten and the whole event is massively out of character of young Val. Which again could have been avoided from asking me if it was ok so it still comes down to lack of consent to NPC her. (Note for others.) Please do not NPC people with out their consent of a solid "yes" it is covered in the chat rules "CHAT RULES OF ROLE PLAYING ETIQUETTE" RP Rule 10 found at Chat rules but I have copied it below for much easier finding. 10: Story telling and NPC'ing. Never include someone else's character in a written story that didn't actually happen exactly as you wrote it without letting that character's player proffered and approve the story before you post it. This also includes using other peoples characters with out their consent. There are two ways outside of the written story this may happen. Examples: 1: lets say you do an RP with another role-player and talk about someones character but you also semi NPC them in a way that is not even in chat or in character to the persons character you are NPC'ing or worse the character is not yet a fully active character or born yet (story and idea dependent.) in a way that they themselves have not yet made public knowledge, You may be disrupting their story or portraying their Character in a way they do not want or like. So always make sure to ask first. 2: NPC'ing someone else's Character. NEVER EVER DO THIS, unless they ask you to, or you have asked to do so and gained consent. Again you must respect that it is someone else's character and may not act in a way or do things that you role play them as doing, Or again you may give out information the Character's owner does not yet want out in the public. ((I've had it said lego has not yet spoken to veldrin, BUT I am ok if Veldrins (Hanks) RPer wants to skip that and say they have spoken and get things moving with him and raeon that way.)) (Permission not given to NPC any of my chara's ) ((IF I do not get to RP with Raeon on this conjecture and move with plan A of Val going with her dad, I will move to plan B or C. Plan B: I will have Val go with Sil, abi and his child and Albert who will likely later drop her off safely at kalaman. plan C: Go with legodia to the islands of the high elves. The reason is plot and i'll have it that it's due to the chaos that happens when things to go hell at times like this being how Raeon got separated from Val.))
