Article One(regarding the purpose of these articles): Both realms shall henceforth, from the signing of this treaty be as one in all things. Closer then brothers, assisting each other in all manner of works, whatever it shall be. In peacetime, to assist one another in their fullest potential and in war, being as a shield and a sword and a sanctuary, if needs must.
Article Two(regarding trade): In resources, both natural and artificial shall be traded first and foremost to Aurora and Somnium. That both may benefit most, and that each economy's may grow all the more powerful for it.
Article Three(regarding war): If ever, in time of war one or the other shall require aid, each must send at the minimun fifty legions of troops, that the life and liberty of each realm may be preserved. Failure to do so, save in matters extreme will result in a complete breaking of the treaty and all benefits therin. Any other aid sent in way of resources or the like, shall at minimun be equivilent to a holding lords three month supply.
Article Four(regarding political asylum): If ever there be occassion where one of our own people seeks refuge in one or the others realm, that person depending on the severity of his or her crime shall be returned that justice may be wrought upon his or hers head. Traitors will be dealt with by their native realm and in extreme cases, if the question of Judgement is raised and a case is made for it, then the person involved shall be dealt with by a trial of peers from both Aurora and Somnium.
Article Five(regarding guilds) Let it be known, that as of now and at the time of this treaty, that any guilds of Somnium and Aurora, who wish it so may now extend their reach with all the rights, laws and privleges therin within each others boundries.
Article Six(regarding expansion): As Somnium and Aurora are peaceful realms, this article is intended to set down the rules of expansion by one or the other. If ever either realm crosses over and annexes resources from each other, that realm must in addition to returning the land, pay a fine equivilent to its market net value. If one realm, seeking conquest inflicts attacks upon its neighbors, then the other realm reserves the right to withdraw its support as outlined in article three if such a war is proved to be unjust without penalty.
Article Seven(conclusion): And so, Aslan willing and by his grace it is hereby proposed as well that upon the marriage of Aurora's crown heir to a lady of suitable position and Somnium birth, that this treaty shall be henceforth binding and legal in all matters pertaining to its contents.
