(???) I grow tired of waiting, the delays and the lack of reports. Are all of the facilities locked down, and are all materials and subjects secured?
(Overseer) Mainland, Oceania are under complete lockdown, Capitol is showing lockdown. Materials and subjects at Mainland and Oceania are completely accounted for. Capitol will need replenishment due to the containment failure.
(???) Indeed, transfer resources from Mainland to Capitol to shore up Materials and Subject Resources, has any headway been made as to why there was containment failure in the first place because now not only is Aquas investigating, so are the Britannians.
(Overseer) We believe there was a power surge which discharged as quickly as it came, we tracked the discharge to a section of Robotropolis that has been closed off as condemned for a long time now. We read the energy levels there as zero now.
(???) Has Containment been restored?
(Overseer) Yes. Containment has been restored, power flow has been restored as well. We are in the process of installing redundancy systems to avoid containment failures in the future.
(???) Good. Once those redundancy systems are up and running, I want you to network the cores in Mainland, Oceania and Capitol. The longer those cores remain active, the longer we can sort move right under the noses of Aquas and Kalaman as they help maintain our stealth systems.
