[Delete] | A new feature I'm adding to the chat is the character Wallice Marondo (Wal Marondo to his friends....who will later become the great ancestor of the man who made Wal-Mart. >_>), he is a mystic appraiser.
When someone finds an magical item, they MUST take it to Wallice on the edge of Jova, where he will study and appraise it, showing how the item is used and such. He will appraise, power up, draw out the power and so forth for magical items. He is the only person in town to do this, if someone gains an item and tries to use it without him showing you how, you may very well end up turning yourself into ash.
Wallice runs a kind of one stop shopping store, where items such as potions, herbs and so on, weapons, armor and all that can be purchased. He also runs a smithy and syth shop where he can forge and make new weapons, enhance weapons and so on.
Aside form the Guild, he is the only person with this skill for common use.
