Thread for ICONS - PLEASE READ Index | New Thread | Reply | Close | Stick | Delete  ICONS - PLEASE READ Edzz 1:11am, September 16, 2004 [Edit] [Delete] You've probably noticed that typing in the chat room has been triggering our icons to pop-up even without typing the command word in CAPS. For example, typing in "lol" in both upper and lower case makes that laughing smiley pop-up. (Tino, the site owner, recently changed the settings for all his chatrooms to be insensitive to upper and lower case.) Sooooooo the end result is that I had to change the commands for us to use icons in the chat, while at the same time stop them from popping up unwanted. From now on, you MUST type an exclamination point "!" in front of each icon command to get it to work in the chat. Example: You'll type "!LOL" instead of the old "LOL". This applies to all icons except for ones without letters, such as ;) :D :( and so on. remember... ALL WRITTEN COMMANDS REMAIN IN CAPS ALL WRITTEN COMMANDS ARE PREFIXED WITH A !
