Now, I'm not going to give anything away, so don't worry about reading this if you haven't seen the movie. But I just got back from it so I wanted to start a post for well...basically how people felt about it. As more and more people see the movie then talk about stuff that happened in it...but for now let’s keep this spoiler free. I'm pretty much just going to do my own personal review of the characters first.

Professor Charles Xavier: Probably not the best of the three movies for him, I think I still like him best in the original movie. However, as always Patrick Stewart did a good job of playing our Professor. I was a bit disappointed by certain things, and shocked by others. All in all, not too bad.

Scott Summers (Cyclops): Personally...I don't like this character for a lot of reasons. However he was decent enough in the movie. He certainly had the whole brooding thing down because of Jean...but I will say this...this movie didn't do you justice at all. Good thing we have the comics to know what really happened.

Jean Grey (Phoenix): Holy shit....yeah, that about covers it.

Ororo Munroe (Storm): It's about damn time Storm finally got a part in these movies. She was amazing, totally amazing. Not only did we actually get to see her fight, but she had lines that weren't stupid. I have never been a big fan of Halle Berry playing this role, in my view they decided to go with a big name instead of staying true to the history of the character. However this was the first time that I actually enjoyed watching her play Storm, well done.

Logan (Wolverine): Awesome as always. I think this is the character that pretty much holds the whole movie up...honestly I think he's held all the movies together. Overall perfect performance and I really have no complaints about this character.

Dr. Henry "Hank" McCoy (Beast): YAY! Yeah, ok, I'm Bias when it comes to this character because he's my favorite. Now I was very hesitant going into this with Grammer playing Beast, mostly because I have met and love Steve Basic who was originally playing him. Grammer gave an excellent performance and in my opinion did the character justice. Take note Beast's facial expression when Logan calls him an Animal, you can see the effect that comment has on him even though it was made clearly as a joke. I told my friend going into this movie that if the phrase "Stars and Garters" was not said by Beast then the movie failed...lucky for us they did it right! So listen out for Beast's famous catch phrase. Well done Mr. Grammer, well done.

Marie (Rogue): She had a hard time this movie, dealing with a lot of emotional problems. She was faced with a very difficult choice, but I think had I been in her position I would have done the same thing.

Warren Worthington III (Angel): He really didn't do all that much, but he looked really really really hot not doing much.

Bobby (Iceman): I hated the whole Rouge/Iceman paring from the beginning...I don't really know that they were thinking. I'm sorry but she's supposed to be with Gambit. Anyway, good performance, nice effects and the acting was alright.

Kitty Pryde (Shadowcat): Katie Stuart would have been better, but oh well. Not too bad, I like her X-Men uniform. I wasn't really all that impressed, it seemed like they kind of just threw her into the mix. She should have been in the movies since the beginning; it would have made more sense.

Eric Lensherr (Magneto): I love this character, he's go the right goals in mind; he just goes about the wrong way of getting to them. He's got a very Malcolm X style while Xavier has always been more like MLK Jr. Overall I think Magneto was wonderful in this movie and you got to see just how far his friendships and loyalties stretched.

Cain Marko (Juggernaut): haha I love His accent, but I was upset that they didn't go more into his character's history. People seeing the movie would didn't know the comics would have no idea that you were Xavier's Stepbrother...I think that should have been mentioned somewhere.

John Allerdyce (Pryo): I want his gauntlets. Basically he didn't do much, but he looked cool in everything that he did.

So that is my review of the characters, I'd love to hear what other people thought. If there is a character I left out and you want to talk about him or her, go for it.
