Character Needs for This portion of the Plan:
Now, why do you need these
3 characters, you ask? Well, here is the plan. First, Apoc contacts
several WEALTHY investors and have them meet him, individually. When
they enter the darkened room (and I mean DARK room) there will be a
long wooden table, at the far end will sit your shape-shifter(Mystique). In the
shadows behind the shape-shifter(Mystique) will be the telepath-Keely Aingeal(Illucia), as the investor
will sit at the other end the shape-shifter(Mystique) will propose to the investor
that he start up the sentinel program once more. The telepath-Keely Aingeal(Illucia)- will implant
a distaste for this plot so the investor would basically scoff at the
idea, the telepath-Keely Aingeal(Illucia)- would also implant the secret desire to find a way;
anyway at all for the investor to want to start the sentinel program
for their own gain. So one-by-one an investor would come in, on different
days and speak to the shape-shifter(Mystique). For each different investor the
shape-shifter(Mystique) would take a different shape so if the X-Men or anyone
with telepathic powers to read memories would read them of these varying
kinds of men from all over the world the only thing they COULD link
is the fact that the shape-shifter(Mystique) says the exact same thing each time
and that the reaction to the investor is exactly the same. This would
be a deliberate thing because by the time anyone notices anything it
will be long over. So, these investors after having been "programmed"
to some extent by the telepath-Keely Aingeal(Illucia)- would all link up and purchase about
25 square miles of land in Montana. The reason that it is Montana is
because absolutely nothing is there, except for Yellowstone. So, in
Montana they build a massive underground manufacturing plant for Sentinels
and basically, they lay the sentinels end to end along this 25 mile
square right under the surface. 
Due to their massive wealth
they get the job done relatively quickly, at which time, the "forerunner"
and some nameless Apocalypse goons show up and kill everyone there and
basically take over. The "forerunner" takes the device which
controls the sentinels, which, for this story, will be a gauntlet (or
a watch, whichever) and activate the Sentinels and take them to NYC
and literally take it over and start killing everyone that is outside
and destroy only a couple of buildings (literally, only a couple). They
aren't there to really take over the city but to lure the X-Men and
other heroes in the area to them. 
The X Marks where the Forerunner
will be located when the X-Men arrive, the blue “Second Strike”
arrow represents the path the Forerunner and his thugs will take while
fighting the X-Men to try and cause the maximum amount of damage and
lengthen the fight so it will keep them from the Mansion for as long
as possible.
Speaking of the Mansion:
Also, during this time Apocalypse will have scouted someone at the Institute
to be one of his new servants, anyone that he chooses. It just has to
be a good guy that has a best friend at the Institute. Then some "coincidental"
way they end up coming with the other X-Men to NYC to fight the "forerunner"
and the Sentinels. Basically, most of the X-Men will face off against
the sentinels while a couple might fight the forerunner guy directly.
Before the forerunner guy LETS them deactivate the sentinels via the
device on his wrist, the forerunner will kill said character-Apoc-desires's
best friend and then they will deactivate it and he'll run off or teleport
away or something. OR he could be captured and some of Apoc's agents,
masked and absent of anything that could identify them break into the
Mansion and take him from the holding cell. Either way, he escapes which
makes that character(refer to him as Char-A; refer to the forerunner
as Char-F) that Apoc scouted pissed. So, what would the fine man-thing
that Apoc is do in this situation? Perhaps maybe if Char-A left the
Mansion out of anger, or to just go a walk, have one of his agents confront
him and say his presence is requested by the High Lord(literally refer
to him as that, and not say his true name). So, Char-A takes the bait
for whatever reason and comes before Apocalypse who is shrouded in shadow,
but still traces of his form are distinguishable in the spotlight directly
over Char-A. While to the side 3 people stand, the telepath-Keely Aingeal(Illucia), the shape-shifter,
and another masked figure (who is actually Char-F). Apoc offers Char-A
the chance to kill Char-F for what he did in return for his services.
SO char-A agrees and immediately, from the other side of which the 3
are standing Char-F would be shoved into the light and stand looking
at Char-A. Though, this is not a real Char-F but a piece of technology
that Apoc created in that basically it simulates the person it is made
to form, but once it is killed, after so long (say 20 minutes) it deflates.
So, Char-A kills fake-Char-F, rather easily I might add, and fake-Char-F
is carried off into the shadows and then Char-A is enhanced by Apocalypse.
This way, you gain a powerful servant while not losing one and Char-F
simply stays masked. Now you have 4 servants. After that I would suggest
you go on a "shadow campaign" and recruit several other formidable
people to your side through whatever means, at which time you have a
small army of people (maybe 10, which shouldn't be too hard, I mean,
you're Apocalypse) and you have a NPC army of thugs. You attack the
Institute first, then once they are utterly decimated you move to NYC.
For storyline purposes, you could talk it over with the admins to have
the X-Men LOSE and have what remains of them recover and go after
Apocalypse one more time. Especially if you have any Morlock characters
in NYC to oppose Apoc. When he goes to NYC he could also "convince"
Spider-Man to join him and then setup a massive building right in the
center of NYC, like a giant spire type thing to try and draw the life-force
of every living being in NYC and transfer the power to him. Something
along those lines and, as usual, the X-Men and other heroes can show
up to fight him off and eventually defeat him. Either way, EVERYONE
in the chat walks away knowing they just beat a monster of a villain
and had one hell of a fun time doing it because the forerunner character
never reveals he works for Apoc, so they think he may just be some kind
of rogue villain that somehow got a HUGE army of sentinels. Of course
the X-Men might try to investigate the matter because it just wouldn't
seem all too right for such a massive army of sentinels to go unnoticed.
So while the X-Men are away, Apoc will play and at THAT time when they
send the X-Men away and leave pretty much only the students at the Institute
is when Apoc can attack.

Simultaneous Strikes:

kickoff approx. 15-30 minutes AFTER
NYC ATTACK STARTS--OR JUST AS THE HEROES ENGAGE THE FORERUNNER)
While the attack is taking
place in NYC simultaneous attacks will be taking place in Washington
D.C., along the Southern border of the United States (from Texas
to Arizona), at the Xavier Mansion, and San Francisco.
The strikes on Washington
D.C., San Francisco, and X-Mansion will be very similar.
Each will be led by one of Apocalypse’s Four Horsemen, and with San
Francisco and Washington D.C. the strike forces will bomb several landmarks.
In Washington D.C. they will teleport bombs into the Capitol Building
and the White House either through a teleportation device provided by
Dr. Doom, or through a mutant teleporter. The bombs will be set
to explode at 30 seconds to eliminate the possibility of them being
deactivated in time. They won’t be thermonuclear but they will
be almost equivalent in magnitude and explosive power, these will be
the same type bombs used in the San Francisco strike. The D.C. Strike will be lead by the Horseman Pestilence (Storm). In more specific detail, Storm will be invited on a diplomatic visit to Genosha on behalf of the Institute and viewpoint of Xavier and his school. This is only a front, on her trip she will be abducted and made into the Horseman Pestilence. The visit will be scheduled for like 3 days, when she returns she will act and respond to things as normal, but deep down in his mind is her programming/brainwashing to be Pestilence. Once the attack on NYC is broadcasted and the X-Men are notified, when they're heading to the Blackbird to get to NYC Storm will sneak off taking a different route. This route will take her to an airship that is not far away and cloaked(also, this will be at night so it'd be even more difficult to see). From there she will head to D.C. to lead the strike there. She will use her powers to cause a tremendous storm in D.C. causing fog to help hide the route of her strike force that is coming in by sea as well as thunderstorms to help hide the strike force coming in through the air. They will all strike within moments of the bombs going off that are going to take out the White House and Capitol Building. The goal
for taking D.C. is to eliminate those in power, and where they meet.
Essentially, Apocalypse wants to usurp power and send a message to the
American people to not challenge him or he will obliterate them.

The San Francisco strikes
will be focused on showing the might and swift killing power of Apocalypse
and his forces, and will be led into battle by the Horseman War(Juggernaut). As such the targets will be the Golden Gate Bridge
(also, for shock value of such a structure being toppled), as well as
the Bay Bridge. With these two routes out of San Francisco destroyed
it will leave for nothing but destruction for the remainder of the people
in San Francisco since the strike forces will come in from the south
and kill/destroy pretty much everything in their path. Also, with
the San Francisco strike a teleportation may not be needed, since the
cover of night will be used, the Strike team coming in from the Bay(east
side) can drop off the bombs and time them to where they go off right
as they begin their attacks. This Bay strike team will also come
in and take out the airport first thing. The following image designates
the targets as well as the routes of the strike force:
The Southern Border Strike
will be very widespread, obviously, and will also be headed up by one
of the Four Horsemen. Due to the sheer size of this strike I will
simply refer to the following image for tactical routes. It will be lead by Horseman Famine (Joshua Foley/Elixir). There
won’t be any bombs for this one as it will be merely an attempt to
help push any humans into the center of the United States since within
the next day or two they will all be migrated there anyway to be rounded
up as slaves, or something. Here is the image showing a very basic idea of the
strike zones (minus the Mansion which I will go into detail with next:

Now for the strike on the
X-Mansion, which will be headed up by the last of the Four Horsemen
(splitting them up to one in D.C., San Francisco, Southern Border, and
now the X-Mansion) and I suggest the one that leads the assault on the
Mansion to be whichever one that is given the title of “Death.”
Basically, you attack from both within using one of your spies, and
from all angles. Meaning, attack with some big guns in the front
(guys that can make a big boom such as a few of those sentinels since,
by my calculations we’ll have literally thousands upon thousands at
our disposal for this whole operation) and then attack from the air
from behind and take the Mansion, as well as Xavier if at all possible.
May also want to throw in a bunker buster for good measure on the Mansion,
or we could leave the lower levels for them to operate out of, but Apocalypse’s
forces would know exactly where they would be thanks to his spy. Then
use Xavier’s telepathic power (in a machine with advanced tech from
Apocalypse AND Dr. Doom, with some of Dr. Doom’s magic thrown in to
possibly amplify it’s effects) to lull the humans of the world,
since by now a good portion of the mutants will have joined the side
of Apocalypse via Magneto’s campaigns.
And by the morning of the following
day after the attack on NYC, the United States of America will be the
New Federation of Apocalypse, the X-Men and other heroes will be crippled
and will be on the run.
