So yea, stuff happening, because I'm bored. The way this is gonna work, is that there isn't going to be an actual GM. Me, and whoever I feel can handle good storytelling, rather, can just have stuff happen and we roll with it. Like RP Mad Libs. at least at the start keeping it to one PC per person, and no god likes if possible. Also of note, the starting PCs will only be people Harry himself is aware of, so mostly the night fury crew, but there will be entrances for other PCs shortly after

The starting point: Dresden's world has a Goa'uld on it, and it was controlling New York politics

New York, New York. One of the biggest cities in the world, and, much like Dresden's own home of Chicago, had a whole other world of the supernatural living behind the scenes.

The white court in particular had a lot of clout here, and was part of the reason Harry was here in the first place. When someone did you a favor, you were usually expected to return it. Moreover, when that person was family, you tended to help them whether you owed them or not. Which was why Dresden was standing in the middle of Central park rubbing hands to stay warm, instead of giving his apprentice her usual Sunday lessons.

It was a cool fall night, the trees an endless canopy of oranges and red tinged with pale moonlight and path lights. Dresden himself was wearing his leather duster, a black t-shirt, and a loose pair of jeans, but the wind was nipping at his bare hands. He'd had worse though (to say the least), and he waited patiently.

A few minutes later, another figure came striding down the path opposite Harry, pausing a bit away under another light. He was similar to Harry, if you could call a wooden post similar to a masterfully done wooden sculptor. His similarly black hair seemed to fall perfectly into place whereas Harry’'s was more akin to a weed patch, his pale skin shown in the light, unlike Harry's own scarred countenance, and his chest (Bare underneath his leather jacket), was built like someone took all the best parts from a model and a bodybuilder.

His grey eyes met Harry's for a moment. Harry stared flatly at him and eyed the bare chest as he rubbed his hands to ward off the cold more. Cheater. "Hey Thomas"

Thomas nodded, but didn't come closer. "Bleed" Harry frowned slightly, but pulled a small knife from inside his coat. It was a common enough request when one was suspicious of shapeshifters, which meant that might be a problem, which didn't entirely fill Harry with excitement.

"So whatever it is its bad then?" he asked, cutting a spot on his finger and holding it up for Thomas to see. Apparently that wasn't enough, and the vampire walked up to Harry and grabbed the finger, squeezing a bit of blood onto his own hand and smelling it. After a moment, the vampire visibly relaxed, the almost unnoticeable tension leaving his body as he strode forward with a grimace. "Honestly? I don't have a damn clue. Its why I called you here. Walk with me." He strode past Harry, the wizard turning to follow in stride.

They walked in silence for a bit, before Harry coughed slightly "...Soooo, what exactly did you call me here for?" He asked "You weren't all that informative over the phone"

"Couldn't. Don't know how bad of a problem this is, and don't know who knows what I know."

Oh. Great. Loved conspiracy jobs. Harry sighed "Ok. So, what is it then?"

"Again, I don't have a clue. Its like, I mean..."Thomas shook his head "Easier just to show you"; Harry frowned again but followed quietly after that. They took a cab ride, awkward silence filling the air. Ever since his brother fell off the vampire wagon, they hadn't talked much. Which meant that it must be pretty serious. The cab pulled up next to a warehouse and dropped them off, Thomas handing the man a few hundreds through the window, nonchalantly adding "You never saw us" the cabbie blinked, nodded, and drove off in a hurry, to enjoy his fortune and escape whatever obviously shady business was about to go down.

The duo went in through a side door, and… the whole place was empty. Not of people, a dozen or so guards were around the walls, and eying the lone piece of furniture in the building. A stand, holding some sort of glass dome, and within was a horrible, terrible... tiny worm.

Dresden blinked. "That?"

Thomas nodded in all seriousness "That."

"...Uhh, not to rain on your worried parade, but-"

"It was in the head of the mayor of New York"

"Wait wh-"

"And tried get into my sister during one of her visits"

"OK, so-"

"And according to people we had look over the body, it's been in there for over a month. So, this is where we need your help Harry: What the hell is it?"

"..." Harry walked up to the glass and bent down to regard the creature, tapping the glass with his finger. The wormed looked unamused. "...I don't have a damn clue..."
