I've rewritten the rules to what I originally meant with them, and also to fit the current system.
Back when it was first written, the system used level based authority handling, thus it was easy to split the rules in Admin vs. Mod vs. Chatter.
Now there's flag based authority handling, which makes it completely impossible to say who is a moderator or admin, because some people might have only partial access.
Thus, the only one I know who has what access is the Chat Master, and then s/he is the only one I make rules for regarding adminstrative matters.

[Delete] | So what that MEANS is that the only time you will get involved is when the CHAT MASTER is "invovled in the bad stuff" as described to us in your previous post on the message board, correct? |
