The <a href="http://www.stratoware.com/webcam2000/">above program</a> is just one in many, but it's free and does what it needs to do. For example, I have my camera set up as <a href="http://194.192.135.214:8080/">http://194.192.135.214:8080/</a> which I just use as my <tt>/image http://194.192.135.214:8080/</tt>.
