[Delete] | "Hi there! Anastasia here and I thought I'd illuminate a bit of this core world, all around us. A masterpiece of technology and more, it also bears a deep, mystical history. And it begins with the Realm of Shadows."
She snapped her fingers as a chalkboard appeared, bearing the following.
"This is a human, the atypical sort of race you'll find everywhere on this planet, breeding like mice. Normally not a problem, except they have the advantage in numbers. Which was why, at some point during the Oíche Shamhna of the 18th century by human reckoning, a meeting was formed. One that would decide the fate of everyone, human and monsterfolk. The humans agreed to let us fade into obscurity and we monsters agreed that we would police ourselves and keep away from humans as a whole. The chronicler of this historic meeting would be known to the world as "Bram Stoker." Other members of this council included the following."
And ticking off on her fingers, she smiled.
"Lady Amalthea: Guardian of the Woodland Realm. Jareth the Goblin King: Master of the Underground Kingdom. King Triton: Ruler of the Deep. Kazul the Dragon King: Keeper of the Flame and finally, two figures...A representative of the Church, a Knight known as the Templar and The Dracula...Formerly mortal enemies, now presiding at a meeting where Death himself had been summoned to hold order. Here, the Shadowpact accords were signed and all present kept their word...Retreating into the darkness and from the sight of humans. Thus was born the Realm of Shadows...The parallel world of the monsters to follow the humans."
She beamed,cocking her head to the side.
"But we're not as gone as most may believe. And eventually, we did come out of the shadows as a whole to a world that after extraterrestrial contact, could accept us once more...As well as us promising to behave as well. Thus entered Clan Drakul into the new age!"
