The Storyteller 7:02pm, February 02, 2015 [Edit] [Delete] | You can spend one 'unattached' Fate Point per turn, for a +2 or a reroll.
When you invoke an Aspect, including your High Concept, you spend a Fate Point.
Stunts do not require the expenditure of Fate Points with one exception:
If you use a Stunt to Create an Advantage, and if you do not immediately use the +2, you can create a Boost.
A Boost is a Situational Aspect that the GM will place in the MotD, and can be invoked by any allied PC, just like other Situational Aspects. Because this can be used once by every PC and also once by the GM, this use requires the use of a Fate Point
