The Human Kingdom: The Humans capital is Mirus Res Publica, often referred to simply as Mirus. After the Alliance of the Races fell to ruin, the other races moved back to their own lands while the humans kept Mirus as their capital. The Human kingdom has a vast army, but it is spread all out the Civilized Lands, many of it south of the Southlands to protect the farmers and other outlying villages from Troll raiding parties. The Human kingdom also covers the Port city of Balfonheim for fish and sea merchants.

Rosencrantz: The elite guard of the Mirus Council. Under the command of Baron Guildenstern, the guard keeps the city safe and the council protected at all times.

The Elven Kingdoms: The forested city of Aeraethian is home to the Elven Kingdom. Further back from the city, well protected against the base of the Aeraethian mountains the Citadel of the Royal Family rests. The Elven kingdom has a sizable standing Army that patrols the area around their territory. The Elven warriors are known for their magical crafted weapons that are of rare use outside their special forces. Elven blades are often sought out because of their high level of craftsmanship.

The Dwarven Kingdoms: Deep under the Stoneteeth Mountains reside the dwarves. Known for the great crafting skills, many seek them out for their masonry and metal works. Many armies purchase bulk arms from the dwarves for their sturdy work. Dwarves are also known for their advanced technological works. Steam powered drills and explosive black powder used in their mining operations. They also have expanded their territory into the hills around the mountains. They often war with the Gnome tribes to the west of their mountain home.

Gray Council: The Gray Council is the regulators of magic in the world. The Mages long ago decided to band together and create the Gray Council to police the use of magic in the world and ensure balance is maintained so another War of Magic never happens. Their base of operations is in the Magus Tower to the southeast of Mirus. The tower was built using Elven, Dwarven, and human help and enchanted by magics to make it extremely difficult to attack and take over. Deep in the tower's vaults many relics of ages' past have been sealed away to prevent misuse of them. The Mage council also holds the one aircraft in the world. A Runeship that can only be controlled by a master mage.

Gnome Tribes: West of the Stoneteeth mountains, the Gnone tribes scatter about the land. Often warring with the Dwarves for precious minerals and weapons, the Gnomes usually depend on other races for their goods. Gnomes are valued for their expert trackers, able to track their targets in the harshest of conditions.
