The Narrator 1:40am, July 17, 2013 [Edit] [Delete] | Alexandria Gabrielson: Chief of Police in the United Kingdom. A stern, no-nonsense type with little patience for crime of any sort. But honest and fair if it kills her, which coupled with her refusal to die has given her a grudging respect from the people. On both sides of the law. As of now, found dead in the Industrial District with her right arm missing.
Mayor Daxter: The amiable, ever-happy Mayor of the United Kingdom. He reports to the Council, and generally remains the face of politics for the city in general. He's lovable, good with people and has something nice to say about generally everyone. Slightly bumbling but he does his job well.
Little Jack: The head of the newspaper, "Little Jacks Corner." He's a hardbiting, nerves of steel type. His dedication is to the truth and nothing but, yet at the same time he knows that a newspaper without news is one that dies quickly. Thankfully, there's no shortage of things to report in the United Kingdom.
The Baron: A dusky-skinned figure with roots from the Chain, the Baron is a specialist in entertainment and his Voodoo-based nightclub "The Other Side" garners lots of patrons to keep things as he likes it. He's a sly, conniving middleman sort of person.
Mr. Dark: Head of the street gang "The Black Suns." There are three "Mr. Dark" actually, so as to inspire more confusion among others outside the gang, though each one has enough power to work the gangs laws and missions.
The Mentor: The Steet Assassins nominal leader. His identity is unknown and its been debated as to whether or not he actually exists, is really a man, or is simply some bit of smoke and mirrors to give an otherwise dull street gang more polish.
Jenny Blaze: Leader of the Road Wolves. A high-speeds, unapologetic motorbike gangster who loves the fast lane. She's especially fond of races, illegal and legal alike.
Dr. Henry Jekyll III: An old, 65-year old doctor. Now the head of the U.K. Hospital, but still just as willing to make house calls. He spends his time helping those who can't afford medical care and is generally a much beloved figure for those who know him. Recently was exposed as the Ripper and is dead.
Professor Charles le Sorcier: Miskatonic head of Occult History. A brooding, reclusive sort who prefers his books to the outside world.
Professor Adriana Syrn: Head of the medical department. A stern, no-nonsense woman nicknamed "The Lady of Winter". Her classes are nigh-tyrannical and very few manage to pass. But those that do are of the highest quality, and she has a keen eye for her craft in turn.
More to follow....
