Okay, so, I'm the party pony! Welcome to Ponyville, but hold on to your hooves, cause this is gonna get a little weird. I have a few things that need to made clear to the people reading this. The players, not the characters. Don't worry if you don't get it. The people who this is for will.

I throw parties. It's what I do. My flank even says so! And I try my very very bestest to make sure I throw parties for everypony every time something important happens! Like moving to Ponyville or having a birthday or getting a new job or finding your cutie mark or remembering to water your flowers or getting married or graduating from flight school or building a new house.

but, see, here's the thing. That's a lot of parties. That's okay by me, but I've heard that it causes some problems for the chat and for some of the players, especially mine. So, here's the deal. We're going to say that every party that should happen does happen just like it should. But to keep from burning Tym out and to keep other role playing that's not partying running smoothly, we're not going to play most of them out.

What does this mean? Well, if a welcome party doesn't get played, then that means anyone who wants to say they were at the party can already have met the new pony without having to play out the long, awkward introductions. If a birthday party doesn't get played, that means everyone who wants can just let the birthday pony know what present they got. After all, we don't (usually) play out going to the bathroom, but we know it happens!

If any players feel like playing out a very specific party would help build their characters or their stories or just feel like they never get a party and would like one, just let Tim know, and he'll try his very hardest to help you out by making me, Pinkie Pie, available.

In the meantime, all of us here in Tim's head would like to give a great big thank you for your understanding.
