0th (Zero) Unit - a special Shinobi (Stealth) unit formed after Mega Man X2, led by Zero
1st Unit - a General Infantry unit
4th Unit - Overland/Desert Operations
6th Unit - a Sea Force unit, led at one time by Wheel Gator
7th Unit - an Air Calvary unit
8th Unit - an Armored Division unit
9th Unit - a Special Forces/Rangers unit
13th Unit - a Polar Region unit
14th Unit - a Grapple Combat unit, led at one time by Magma Dragoon
16th Unit - a Frontline Combat unit, led at one time by Gamma
17th Unit - an elite/high level unit, led by Mega Man X
20th Unit - an extreme weather conditions unit
