[Delete] | I've adopted a self-registration system here. Anyone who wishes to be registered may have a main handle, and this handle will come with an 'A' (Add User) flag. Please IM me at Stoneneedle or use the Registration Application at http://pjj.cc/fr/register/regapp.php to apply for an OOC handle (you can just put N/A in the description field). I'm creating an open environment here, and as such there will be a citizen system in place, and each citizen will have certain privileges, as long as they are not abused. I will be posting more in the following days and weeks pertaining to the plot and setting, so that you know what kind of characters are appropriate.
