[Delete] | 1. Please contribute to a cooperative gaming environment.
This includes all aspects of griefing and cheating. Upsetting other players, arguing excessively with the staff for the sake of arguing, cheating (metagaming and powergaming), and telling people how to play their characters are all violations of this rule, and may result in you being asked to leave. As far as the staff argument goes, I encourage criticism and addressing concerns, but I ask for a degree of trust in my players. I know a lot about the room, setting and goals that you do not.
2. Please refrain from excessive OOC during RP.
This is an RP room. While I know how rad all of you are, that's what IMs are for. ^.~ Alternately, send messages to each other when RP is in progress. Please don't disrupt ongoing scenes.
3. HAVE FUN.
If you're not having fun, why the hell are you here?
4. Roll with the punches.
There will be a bodycount in this room. Things will happen to your character that you may not have intended or expected. It may take your character in a direction you're not happy with. Please know that all of this is an in character thing. If you begin to doubt the purely IC motives of ST or players, please talk to me. Otherwise, please refrain from throwing a temper tantrum if something happens IC for IC reasons that you don't like.
5. Room is rated NC-17.
There will be violence. Gore. Sex. Drugs. Swearing. Ye gods, swearing. The NC-17 is my warning of what is to come without giving the surprise of the room away. Please plan and act accordingly. If you take issue or are offended by room content, please contact me.
6. Please maintain a plausible avatar.
It's hard for me to strike up an IC conversation about Avatar with you if your avatar is Sigourney Weaver. Please humor the suspension of disbelief. Celebrities are... accepted, based on tradition, but PLEASE, no cartoonish or anime avatars.
7. Characters:
a. You must reg a character before playing it. If you're waiting on the reg, IM me on Natural Ketchup and I'll inform you of the status of your application.
b. You must have a profile up within a week of playing the character.
c. You must keep a handle on your handles. Don't overload yourself with characters.
d. Only half (up to a maximum of 5) of your characters can be repeats from other rooms or games.
e. If you vanish for a month, staff reserves the right to handle your character as needed.
