[Delete] | Located in the center of the Magical Domain, the great tower of Arkadia houses at least two members of each tower city these members represent their city in all trade and power deals. The tower is unique in that it is the only settlement in which all forms of magic are housed and harnessed together. It is also illegal to kill a fellow magic user there however the low level or non magic users have little or no rights other than that of basic habitation and trade. This is the only city which weak or non magic users may visit without the express permission of the City to be visited and the ruling magic user so it is a vibrant trade hub. |
