If you would like to make your own icons, that is fine, just get them or links to them to one of the staff. Otherwise, the staff can make it for you.
Please keep this within reason. There is no reason why your bedroom or your motorcycle deserves its own icon, for example, but if you're opening a store or starting a new city, that would be fine.
