[Delete] | Good evening. I am third council seat member, Godfrey Everlove and i wish to welcome you to Zelfar. Our land is a safe haven for those who are from the darkness. Are we a evil nation? I.... would not believe so. We simply dislike the order and good nature of those who label us evil. Perhaps we enjoy mayhem. Perhaps... we adore murder. Whatever it is we partake, it should be known that we have never attacked any of your... happy... countries. There is no need.. at least, as the third council seat member.. i do not believe we need to prove our strength. That aside.. allow me to provide you a map.
Now, allow me to provide the laws that we live by.
Laws of Zelfar
#1: Steal, then be stolen from. (If you take from another, they are free to take from you.)
#2: Kill, then be slaughtered. (If you murder someone, another shall return the favor.)
#3: Abuse, then drown in suffering. (If you force another into something, molest, anything.. expect to become a toy of someone stronger.)
#4: Think twice when setting your sights on another's servant. (They belong to one person. Ask permission, do not take freely. Your life is at risk.)
#5: Begin something, you are ordered to FINISH it. (If you start a fight, finish it. If you run from the fight, do not return to Zelfar. There is no room for cowardly weaklings.)
# 6: We need no heroes, only strength to preserve our ways. (Zelfar is a haven for the wicked and the dark. If you are in Zelfar, you are obviously strong enough to survive. If you are not, do not expect help to come. Unless you are the pet of another, then, this is someone protecting their property.)
# 7: Survival is for the strong, the weak shall suffer. (If you cannot survive the harshness of Zelfar, you will die.)
# 8: Do not bother Lokuren with ANYTHING. (My advice to you; do not bother this council member. He is not welcoming to things that do not concern him.)
# 9: Zelfar does not need war to prove its strength. Those who seek to prove the strength of Zelfar shall do so alone. (We do not need war with neiboring countries to prove we are powerful. Those who believe opposite are free to fight whomever they wish without the backup of Zelfar. There are no heroes here.)
If you desire to visit our land, you are free to do so. Be warned.. especially you, hero.. that we do not care for your "assistance". We will not change our ways for your perfect fantasy. There is a kinetic force in motion and has been for many... many years. We are fine with darkness and the constant need to survive. If all is in order, enjoy your stay.
