Located a small ways from Alton City near the beach easily accessible via train line through Sunset Hill (More or less what might just be the outskirts of Boston on an RL map)
Two bedroom with a window view of the beach. Small kitchen and bathing room. (Keep in mind, Maple's only 11 years old. This is pretty damn impressive.)
Multiple potted plants about his room as they're something he can take care of, a small table near his room which he built himself and a bookshelf (also built himself) with multiple books on geography, encyclopedias, and ironically enough, swordplay and muscle magazines people gave him for working in the area.
Due to livign on his own, he's also collected a lot of weird artifacts and even a Helio Prism glow sphere to light up his room. (It's the equvalent of an eco friendly lava lamp.)
Cozy little place for those that visit. His only embarassing fact about it being his lack of clothing and why the ones he has smell like certain bat friends he knows....
