Greetings citizens of Mos Eisley. We here at the United Tatoo Sphere(cause it's the Tatoo Solar System!) Government have an important issue to discus with you today.
It's come to our attention about a recent outbreak of a possible virus amongst Tatooine live stocks, none thus reported from the colonies or else where in the system.
This Virus appears to effect a mutation or unknown cause upon the animal and live stalk. The primary signs of these mutation appears to be a sever heart attack and change in mental demenier at the live stock.
If you even suspect the possibility of these signs in your live stock, and at worse case in higher level beings(humans, bla bla bla) contact your local police, medical devision, or Tatooine Civil Defense League(or what use to be) emediatly.
