that
Dragonball
Z (DBZ) characters can only role play with other DBZ characters unless okayed with other RPers due to their strength...I find this somewhat unfair, though I can understand with most of the Dragonball Z characters being extremely powerful (even that stupid Krillin). I say, instead of limiting who they can Role Play with, water them down, make thier powers on a more reasonable level. Keep most of their powers. Like the Ki blasts and flying. But as for planet destroying powers, take them away. And as for special abilities that some characters have, like Ginyu´s body switch, leave them. This way, the DBZ characters can role play without having to worry about being too powerful.
Of course they won´t be easy to kill, hell, a regular Star Wars character can be hard to kill. And technology can be used to level the playing field even more in the RP.
Anyway, that was my thoughts.

[Delete] | the whole purpose of the dbz character is that they are supposed to be rediculously powerful. Also it wouldn´t be fair for the body switching thing since there is no technology that can block that. Also in the show, yes I have watched the show, they have tried to use weapons, laser and firearm alike, and it was useless. If you want to play a dbz character just simply come in. I have seen plenty of people who like to play around with those characters. Hell even I did at one time. |

[Delete] | Well, as I´m sure most of us know, my main rp is DBZ based... and I for one am not prepared to compromise my awesome, albeit ridiculous, power just so someone with a machine gun will allow me to fight with them. |

But if your going to destroy all our roleplaying characters and plots just because you feel like blowing up cities and the planet, you need to find somewhere else. I know it´s cross franchise, but we can´t repel those attacks or stand up to them. Eventually it becomes all dbz. I have no beef with you roleplaying here, just as long as you respect the rights of the characters that don´t have dbz powers. |

[Delete] | Wrong, very wrong---jason was similar to a DBZ char, hell normally he´d be sttronger, because that´s where I built him, in an environment with chars stronger than dbz---with all the wizardry and mages and elemental shits and stuff, but when I brought him to the tina and I watered him down---the only reaosn ppl had a problem with him is cuz at the itme i flat out sucked *ROTFLMAO!* other than they, the char had no fualts, but he was a bitch to ppl LOL! |

[Delete] | That´s not what I meant... never once have I interfered with something outside DBZ with my DBZ chars. All I´m saying is that I´m happy with the current arrangement and I see nothing wrong with being held at arm´s length from everything else, because, yes, it is ridiculously powerful... but that´s what makes it ridiculously fun. |
