Power levels go as such, in basic, simple order. Power level 0 are all basic human characters with no special traits. You are allowed to play them, but you are authorized to play characters with power level 1. Power level 1 are all characters qualifying for the traits of power which a half celestial, half infernal, or common hero would have. Power level 2 are sometimes playable characters with the traits of power of a celestial, infernal, or uncommon hero. Power immediately then jumps to 8, which are flat angels, demons, or extraordinary heroes who are essentially the equivalent to demigods. You will not play a character with power level 8 often. There is only one power above that, being 4096, and no one but the mods may play those characters, and mainly to correct plotlines or drive plots to a place more befitting the chat, or to run an event.
