Powers

• Pheromone Blood - When allowed exposure to the atmosphere, Rose's blood releases a pheromone into the air.
  This pheromone causes a sense of attraction in the "victim," which may or may not be to Rose's best interests.
  Rose can not control this power; it may not even be controllable with power-dampening technology.
• This "attraction" can be to her, or to anyone else in the area whom peaks the victim's interests. 
• Poison Nails - Her nails can be forced to drip (not inject) a potent organic poison.
  The poison causes a violent allergic reaction in the recipient,
  and no one yet is known to have developed a resistance.
  Rose can control this power.
  
• Plant Manipulation - Rose can now control the growth and manipulation of plants.
  She can "talk" with them, but it's not the same as talking to a person.
• She can apparently also manipulate their growth, causing "growth mutations" and deformations,
• and even allowing other objects to become embedded into the plant's structure
• (although not on the cellular level - think of it more like "she allowed it to grow around something, tightly.")
   

• Appearance - Rose's abnormal appearance makes people hesitant to approach her.
  Obvious social problems.
  
• Money - Rose don't have it. Currently she "lives" in Central Park, NYC, NY.
   
• Sunlight - Too little sun, and she'll get sick and weak. Too much sunlight and she ends up in "overloaded" mode,
• where she's at full strength, but lethargic and exhausted feeling.
• --As if she had exercised all day when she really did nothing.

• History

• Rose started out as a shy, homeless young woman without much going for her.
• She had few friends, and more "bad days" than most others.
• She was born in New Jersey as "Trisha Davenport," with her original appearance "defects;" 
• Pink hair, pale white skin, eyes with black sclera. 
• She grew up as an outcast, but still got a good education,
• spending the time that other children would use to play
• and instead using it to study Botany and Biology.

• After finishing High School, she ran away from her emotionally abusing family and neighborhood,
• and ended up in New York City as another beggar, calling herself "Rose." 
•  
• She developed her powers at the "usual age" of 12 years of age, but kept them under wraps,
• devoting her time to studying botany and tending a very well-off garden. 
•  
• She spent some time in NYC, but then unexpectedly disappeared. 
• No one knows what happened to her during that time, and she isn't saying.
• She's changed a great deal, both in appearance and mannerisms.
• She doesn't speak out anymore, her hair has turned white, and her eyes have drastically changed in color.

• One might say that she's "blossomed" into something more beautiful, and more complete.
•  
• She's developed far, far more control over her powers,
• even to the point of drastically manipulating plants.

• If she can still "talk" with them, then she doesn't do it outloud. 
•  
• If she's still the same person inside, she isn't saying so.
