Lucius is a southern-born mutant from a very religious family. Due to his devil-like appearance, he was expelled from his home and placed into various orphanages and state-homes growing up, but managing an education in the meanwhile. He hard dark, nearly-black skin, large horns from his forehead, and talon-like nails on his hands and feet. Usually adorned in a hooded robe, he's rather conscious of his looks, especially around others due to his upbringing. He'd learned of a school for 'gifted youngsters' (though they accept any age group), and has made his way to New York to find a place where he can learn and focus on his studies unabaded by his 'devil-gene' as his family had put it before he left.

Powers: Not lost on him is the irony of his actual powers besides his physical mutation. Lucius has the power of pestilence, at will able to spread deadly disease to any around him, able to spread the area of effectiveness by concentrating on it. His other power, while doesn't directly affect other people, is to cause complete darkness around him, such that not even generated like from a flashlight can pierce. The blackness feels almost palpable, though causes no harm to anyone. The irony of these abilities to him, is that his abilities are remenicent of the 5th and 9th Plagues of Egypt.
