[Personality] On first meeting Dani, even before she opens her mouth, one would easily get the instant impression that she is an eccentric, out-spoken, fun-loving individual. Though, the second she opens her mouth it’s likely confirmed, once they sort through the garble that is her Cajun accent, that is. Dani is energetic and full of spirit. She’s been previously eluded to the Energizer Bunny by her twin brother and has the tendency to be loud and bouncy. While some think that it’s some sort of compensation for her tiny stature, Dani is just a fun-loving girl who loves to spread the fun and the love. She’d never really known to be abrasive, trying her best to fit to a mold that doesn’t rub too many people the wrong way. Then again, the personality that made her decide to dye her hair blue and pierce her lip probably didn’t get the memo. Still, the hair is just as bright and slightly obnoxious as the tiny compact child-like girl it’s attached to. Despite her love for fun, the girl spent most of her life as the best friend to her twin brother and by proxy had not made herself any long term friends. It isn’t for a lack of being friendly, though, she would rather just have one-night relationships with most people whether they be a night of fun, a night of passion, or a night of randomness. She’s not known for being anyone’s best friend and hasn’t really made any friends or acquaintances since coming to Bon Temps for fear of being rejected. She’d never consider herself intelligent though she never did poorly in anything she did she just didn’t really seem interested in any of it, except the playing of instruments and now her studies as a newly found witch. And though her out-going, generally care-free attitude would make you think that she is somewhat fearless she has some fears that she keeps bottle up that bubble up to the surface every once in a while. Lastly, while Dani rarely gets nervous, on the rare occasion that she does, she tends to babble her life story to people. She just can’t seem to control the filter between her mouth and her brain at that point. [Appearance] Dani is a tiny compact girl. She barely reached a height of five foot three but, while most girls who stay short their entire life have the tiny body parts to show for it, Dani is quite the opposite. That is, she isn’t lacking in the curves department. While her frame is tiny, she is equally balanced with a more than adequate behind and chest. Nature gave her in curves what it took away in height and strength. She’s rather scrawny in the arms, though from years of playing both guitar and drums, she has developed some muscles that most other people haven’t, though mostly in her hands. Apart from this, while her arms are rather weak, her legs are somewhat sturdier. Having previously been forced to dance in her youth by her mother she has the leg muscle to prove it. Her face is very giving of her personality, being slightly pudgy and round it makes it easy for her to pull off goofy facial expressions and there is occasionally a very slight dimple to her cheeks when she smiles. To pair with the face that sometimes appears round and sometimes appears slightly heart-shaped, Dani was graced with a set of rather pouty lips that made getting her brother to do things for her when she was little very easy. Her eyes, though, are a slight mystery, due to the fact that they can’t seem to pick a color. They can range anywhere from grey, to green, to hazel, to brown. They never pick just one. Her driver’s license says they’re hazel, Dani says they’re ‘greenish.’ Aside from her god given and unintentional gifts, Dani had at some point decided that she’d rather not be a brunette and dyed her hair a lovely blue color and with that decided to pierce a hole in her lip. She generally wears a hoop with a ball in it in her piercing. [Random Tidbits] -Always speaks in a rather thick Cajun accent, having hailed from New Orleans and being of French descent. -Can expertly play both guitar and drums and has an alright singing voice, though the last of the three is something she tends to hide. -Danced at some point in her life and still remembers how to do so. -Drives an old Camaro that was restored by her twin brother. She has dubbed the vehicle Nancy. Why? That’s something she’ll explain if you ask her! -Allergic to peanuts and shellfish -Has a photographic memory though still second guesses her information from time to time. -Seems to have a somewhat supreme but under discussed fear of commitment for some unknown reason that doesn’t even seem to come up when she’s drunk or nervous. [Maybe it's not true?] -Can keep up with the best when it comes to drinking, prefers hard liquor to beer. |

[Brief History] Daniella was born and raised in the bayou. New Orleans born and raised. She was born to a normal family, and was the older half of a set of fraternal twins. Her twin brother and parents remained in New Orleans when Dani decided to move out of her hometown following Hurricane Katrina. She moved to Bon Temps about four years ago, having taken her time to leave. While she was born a witch, her other family members didn't embrace the heritage and tried to keep it from her, however, while going through the attic before her departure from her childhood home she discovered things that told her what her family wouldn't and so ever since moving away she has embraced her long lost heritage and has been researching into it as best as she can. |
