Weapon(s): 2x custom swords. Of single-edge design, they are composed of a phrik alloy and appear to hold energy dissipating properties that render them impervious to damage from energy. Unknown internal components stored within the weapons hilt allow the blade to superheat (via an electrical current) enough to cut standard durasteel over a short time (roughly 2x as long as a pure energy blade).

His helmet is EMP hardened and equipped with a filtration/life support capability as well as multiple scanning modes, audio amplification systems and a communications device modified to receive most (if not all) military frequencies as well as broadcast in a burst transmission style that eliminates the danger of being remotely tracked. An array of explosive throwing weapons line a double bandoleer and utility belt while a meticulously modified Relby-k23 blaster pistol is holstered at his right hip. His bracers, often hidden beneath the sleeves of his robe, are equipped with liquid-cable launchers, a dart launcher, and a uni-directional PFFG(Personal Forcefield Generator). His boots hold retractable 1.5" climbing spikes which he has also used as offensive weaponry

Armor Tsurugi wears a light, blast-dampening bodysuit of armorweave design with ultralight composite plating covering vital regions. The lack of full body protective plating (only his bracers, shin guards and helmet are truly armored) is believed to be avoidance of encumberance.

With all information regarding Republic operative "Tsurugi" either being erased from the NRI database upon elevation to Black Ops status or simply not existing, his origins are unknown though he appears to hold knowledge and skill in a variety of combat forms and Force-abilities easily comparable to those of combat-oriented Jedi Masters.
