*Physical Description: Covered from head to toe in his armor. Rarely does he take it off. The armor is said to have been inspired by Darth Revan's armor. When he does remove his mask, it is revealed that he is caucasian, had light green eyes and brown hair.
*History of Character:
While the rest of the Galaxy plunged into the Sith controlled darkness that was the Galactic Empire, within the Suarbi system a faction of force sensatives managed to go unnoticed. Founded by the fallen Anzati Jedi Nikko Tyris, who believed the jedi Order were truely corrupted followers of the Dark Side, they trained in secret, away from the influence of the Empire (for the most part).

Born in 15BBY to Echani parents who themselfs were followers of the Jensaarai, Kriss Cotar was raised amongst the other Force-sensitives at the time. Obtaining what amounted to the rank of Knight, he had been a part of several raids and ambushes on Imperial garrisons both during and after the destruction of the first Death Star.

By the time the Empire fell, Kriss continued to train and help defend the Suarbi system. Similarly decieved by Leonia Tavira, along with the other Jensaarai, he did not participate in the hunting down of Luke Skywalker and Corran Horn, having already achieved Master ranking by this time and being in the process of training the younger generation of the sect. As relations with the Jedi began to shift towards an alliance, and as the Jensaarai themselfs began to review those beliefs that had now been shown to be false by Master Skywalker, so too did Master Cotar. He was amongst some of the first from the sect to go to the training facility on Yavin IV, though fortunately he was not present when it was attacked.

Spending time travelling between Suarbi and Ossus, Master Catar was not on Ossus when the attack on the Senator's life took place. Hearing in horror as the Republic listed the Jedi order as an enemy, and assuming that the Republic might have some knowledge about the temple in Suarbi, Master Catar travelled to the neutral planet of Bespin.
Personality: Even though some of the habits he has are Sith influenced, like all Jensaarai, Kriss Catar is a follower of the lightside of the Force. Trained not only in Echani martial arts by his parents, but also in various forms of lightsaber combat as well as combative force techniques, he believes that peace of mind can come from combat and one's emotions can be controlled in this way. Often comtemplative, his patence is only matched by his skill with a lightsaber. As a result of his
Jensaarai training, he is also skilled in masking his presence in the Force.
