Five foot ten inches in height and one hundred seventy pounds drenched. Black shaggy shoulder length hair and brown eyes. Wears Armor-weave in his outer layer of tunic and cloak that is able to withstand blaster fire and lightsaber contact for a short period of time.
Jen'sai was inducted into the Jedi order as a very small child after being discovered through a simple blood test rendering high midichlorian count. As a youngling he took quickly to the jedi ways. He had learned Shi-Cho to mastery and had begun learning Ataru by the time he was selected at age eight to be a padawan learner. He was at odd with his master often due to differences in how each felt certain situations should be handled. He often thought back then that his Master was too lenient. He would come to recognize his own eagerness to draw blades and suppress it as he aged. He underwent trials at age twenty. The Masters spent days in advance arranging his trial of skill which consisted of all tight quarters combat in area's like crawlspaces or tight hallways and copious amounts of blaster fire. He took it upon himself to learn Soresu after that, seeing the merit of the defensive form when his own Ataru, his signature form, was rendered useless along side the powerful wide strokes of form IV. His trial of flesh was passed not long after he was forced to deceive a close personal friend into believing he no longer wished to have contact. Through severing his tie he averted a major conflict for a time, his sacrifice enough to pass that particular trial. His trial of spirit came when he began studying Juyo. The aggressive new style forced him to look deeply inward in order to not lose himself. In the end he turned away from the style, but his short time of study was enough. With just his trial of courage left he was excited to finally become a Jedi in his own right. By now he was twenty one and eagerly waiting the word of the council. His last trial was the hardest in the long line of tasks arranged for him. It took a long time to line up the final trial for the knight to be. Eventually he met his better in combat and after dueling for near and hour was able to end the contest with a Sun djem, punching his opponent in the face for surprise before spinning the weapon from his hand, destroying it with a quick aerial sweep of his blade. At twenty one he was knighted by the council in a moment he will remember for the rest of his life. He acted as a knight for seventeen years before achieving the rank of master without having ever trained a padawan to knighthood. Four years later a medical scan revealed he had contracted a rare and deadly illness. He hoped to find a cure, but when things began looking bleak he had to try alternative methods. He mastered special meditation techniques he intended to use alongside carbonite in order to suspend himself until such a time as a cure could be found. The carbonite disappeared not long after he was frozen inside, never making it back to the intended temple. His "statue" was sold back and forth several times before the carbonite was pulled off to reveal what appeared to be a statue inside. It isn't exactly clear what forces were at work that caused his transformation while encased in the carbonite, but he now clearly looked the part of a statue. The statue would find itself in the hands of the New Jedi Order as a light side artifact eventually. Transported to Ossus the statue was placed by the main entrance to the temple. Jen'sai remains alive inside the statue, where he waits to be freed from his prison or awaken somehow...
Uncanny ability to reproduce and remember motions-The reason he is as advanced a duelist as he is. He is able to replicate the movements of others after a very short time and commit them to muscle memory. This also helps him recognize and beat patterns in his opponents.
Hibernation Trance-The ability to slow down ones body so as to survive extended periods of time without food, water, etc.
Alter Damage-The ability to alter the wound left from a lightsaber by using the force. Jen'sai can remove all of the cutting power to make the blow be blunt, although extremely hot.
Force Speed-Advanced user. Can run up vertical surfaces for an extended period of time with sufficient room to get up to speed. Makes reaction times faster as if everything else was moving in slow motion.
Flight-Able to levitate in order to fly, mainly used in order to gain "hang time" while delivering complex Ataru combat maneuvers while already in flight.
Force Strength-The ability to increase the users physical strength by channeling the force through the users body. Like getting hit by a Wookie most of the time. With full concentration he could overpower a Wookie.
